The 17th Shenzhen International Battery Technology Exchange/Exhibition was held at the Shenzhen International Convention and Exhibition Center from May 15th to 17th, 2025. The theme of this exhibition was "Connecting the Globe, Empowering Green, and Driving the Future". More than 3,200 leading new energy enterprises, including CATL, BYD, and Sunwoda, gathered at the exhibition. During the three-day exhibition period, it attracted over 400,000 professional visitors. The vibrating feeder controls the conveying speed of powder materials by adjusting the vibration frequency and amplitude, achieving continuous and uniform feeding and avoiding problems such as material stratification or agglomeration caused by friction in traditional mechanical feeding. In the production of lithium iron phosphate batteries, the vibrating feeder can accurately convey the lithium iron phosphate cathode powder to the mixing process to ensure the stability of the solid content of the slurry. In terms of screening granular materials, the vibrating screen screens the graphite anode particles, removing oversize or undersize particles to ensure a uniform particle size distribution of the anode material.
