Working Principle

The circular-motion vibrating screen relies on a vibration motor with eccentric blocks as the vibration source. After power-on, the eccentric blocks rotate at high speed to generate centrifugal excitation force, driving the screen box to produce regular circular orbital vibration. After materials evenly fall onto the screen surface from the feeding port, they continuously roll, jump and disperse under circular vibration force. Due to different particle sizes, fine particles pass through the screen mesh and fall to the lower layer, while large-particle materials stay on the screen surface and move toward the discharge port. Multi-layer screen meshes with different apertures realize automatic classification of materials of various particle sizes, finally completing precise screening and grading operations.
