① The electromagnetic vibrator is a system composed of a double-mass body and a spring. The vibration force generated by the vibrator is directly transmitted to the trough body, eliminating the need for additional equipment such as belt drive shafts and frames.

 ② The electromagnetic vibrator generates a linear vibration displacement, and the displacement direction maintains a fixed angle with the horizontal direction. The effective vibration stroke is proportional to the amplitude of the entire vibrating equipment. It determines the height at which the material bounces, thereby affecting the conveying speed of the material. The actual conveying capacity largely depends on the cross-sectional area of the conveying trough and the bulk density of the bulk material.

 ③ The direction of vibratory conveying is determined by the vibration angle and the resultant force.

 ④ The electromagnetic vibrator can achieve stepless adjustment by regulating the applied voltage. After startup, it can instantly reach the full-load operating state, unlike vibrating motors that have startup and stop delays. Due to this characteristic, the electromagnetic vibrator is particularly suitable for process flows with high-sensitivity requirements such as quantitative feeding.
