Working Principle

The Tube Electromagnetic Vibrating Feeder relies on electromagnetic excitation to generate micro vibration of the enclosed tube. Bulk materials move forward continuously inside the tubular channel under vibration. By adjusting the output signal via the VRV controller, vibration amplitude changes, so the material conveying speed and hourly throughput can be modified continuously. Combined with the front cylinder valve, users gain dual control of flow rate and material switch.
