Compact Electromagnetic Vibrating Feeder Working Principle

The compact electromagnetic vibrating feeder operates on the principle of electromagnetic resonance vibration. Driven by a precision electromagnetic vibrator, the equipment generates high-frequency intermittent magnetic force that continuously attracts and releases the feeding trough or tube. Equipped with high-strength carbon fiber leaf springs, the resonance system forms a stable vibration cycle with low energy consumption and zero mechanical wear. During operation, the uniform micro-amplitude vibration throws materials forward in a parabolic state, realizing continuous, smooth and quantitative conveying of powders and granules.  Feeding capacity: Determine the required feeding capacity based on production needs and select the appropriate model of feeder. The general production capacity is calculated based on the bulk density of the material. If conveying powdered materials, its conveying capacity may decrease.

 Conveying distance: The central distance from inlet to outlet.

 Information of bulk materials: Name, particle size, bulk density and so on.

 Shape: Trough or tube type, open or enclosed?

 Material contruction: Stainless steel, mild steel or other non-metallic material

 Surface treatment: Paint coated, sandbalsting, polishing or mirror finishing?

A1: Our compact vibratory feeders suit fine powder, granular, small block bulk materials, including food powder, chemical raw materials, plastic particles, mineral powder, etc. It’s not suitable for wet sticky materials that easily agglomerate.
