The compact electromagnetic vibrating feeder operates on the principle of electromagnetic resonance vibration. Driven by a precision electromagnetic vibrator, the equipment generates high-frequency intermittent magnetic force that continuously attracts and releases the feeding trough or tube. Equipped with high-strength carbon fiber leaf springs, the resonance system forms a stable vibration cycle with low energy consumption and zero mechanical wear. During operation, the uniform micro-amplitude vibration throws materials forward in a parabolic state, realizing continuous, smooth and quantitative conveying of powders and granules. The feeding speed can be steplessly adjusted by changing the vibration frequency and amplitude through the controller. • Trough & Tube: The feeding trough or tubular body is the material conveying part of the electromagnetic feeder, It is made of high-quality stainless steel, carbon steel or non-metallic materials with exquisite surface treatment. Both trough type and tube type structures are available to adapt to different materials such as powder, granules and small bulk solids.
• Controller: VRV industrial-grade vibration controller is the intelligent adjustment unit that regulates the feeder’s working status. It precisely adjusts the vibration amplitude steplessly, allowing flexible control of material feeding speed and output.
