A vibrating feeder can greatly improve our work efficiency. When a new feeder arrives, the first thing we need to do is installation and debugging. Below, I will introduce the steps of installation and debugging for everyone:

1. As shown in the above figure, hang the front and rear hooks. After installation, it is required that the feeder is horizontally horizontal, the centerline of the upper interface funnel is aligned with the centerline of the feeder inlet, and the feeder discharge is aligned with the small and medium-sized interfaces to ensure that the entire feeder is in a free state;

2. The connection between the vibration motor and the conveying groove should be firm;

3. The feeder can be installed horizontally or within the range of 0-12 ° (parentheses indicate the descending angle of the discharge end);

4. Before starting up, check whether the angle between the adjustable eccentric blocks and the fixed eccentric blocks of the two vibration motors is consistent. If not, tighten the fastening bolts;

5. Try to start and observe if the two vibration motors are turning in opposite directions. If they are not turning in opposite directions, swap the wiring of any two phases of either vibration motor;

6. After turning on the machine, observe the probability that there should be no lateral oscillation of the machine, the motor current should meet the requirements, and the whole machine should have no abnormal sound
