There may be multiple reasons for the slow discharge of the vibrating feeder, and the following are some possible solutions:

① The inclination of the chute is not sufficient: Adjust the installation angle and choose to elevate or lower the fixed positions at both ends of the feeder according to the on-site conditions.

② The angle between the eccentric blocks at both ends of the vibration motor is inconsistent. Check if the two vibration motors are consistent before adjusting.

③ The vibration direction of the vibration motor is consistent： Adjust the wiring of either vibration motor to ensure that both motors operate in reverse and that the vibration trajectory of the vibration feeder is straight.

④ The excitation force of the vibration motor is insufficient： Adjust the position of the eccentric block, and adjust the excitation force by adjusting the phase of the eccentric block. Two eccentric blocks, one fixed and the other movable, Simply loosen the movable eccentric block bolt.

⑤ The inclination angle of the silo is not sufficient. Increase the inclination of the material trough according to the equipment manual.

⑥ The vibration motor model is small. It may be necessary to replace the vibration motor with a larger model.
